Just about any scuba shop will have them in stock or at least be able to order one for you, if you're looking for an amphibious camera ( one that comes in a housing for use above and below water). The images produced by newer models of Sea&Sea, Bonica or Sea Life cameras are fairly good. You're looking at spending 150-200 pounds for one of these.
If it's the best you want, with the greatest control over how your images are shot and later manipulated, then you'll actually want to use a digital SLR that has had a underwater housing made for it. They're expensive, typically you'll spend almost 1,000 pounds to start. The camera can be bought in any camera shop. The housing can be purchased by visiting a dive shop that deals in IkeLite (best in my opinion) housings. Do some research first here http://www.ikelite.com/ to see if the camera you currently own or plan to buy has a housing manufactured for it. Many decent camera manufaturers, like Canon, make their own housings but they're not quite as good as IkeLites. You want that housing to be excellent. If it's not, you could flood your camera at worst or at least not be able to use all the functions of your camera because of limited controls on the housing. You get what you pay for.
A last option is one of the cheap underwater amphibious cameras like a Vivatar, but their MP count is usually lower than other cameras, in the 5MP range. These can be found in some of the larger chain type stores with an electronics department. They typically retail for about 50- 60 pounds.Your images won't be as sharp nor will you have much to work with when it comes down to editing your images. You can't work with digital information that's not there. You'll want a digital that does at least an 8 megepixel count for superior images when all is said and done.
